The EA Sport TOS policy is and always has been in effect here. It is ultimately MOMOWheeler's responsibility as your EA appointed Community Leader to report any major offences to the abuse department at EA.

We here at TGV pride ourselves in being considered top notch in game etiquette and respect to all other gamers. Although we may encounter players who conflict with our interests, these are the people with whom we must take the high road, we do not need to agree with their opinions or methods but we must show them no less respect. This has always been the TGV way and we must adhere to these standards in order to maintain our well fought status in the gaming community.

This policy shall be strictly enforced. In the interest of continuing our reputation, any member of TGV who is reported and is suspect of a conduct violation referenced in the EA Sport TOS will be investigated. If they are found in violation they will be boxed for no less than 10 days with possible account banishment from TGV and EA Online.

In keeping with our goals to be the #1 site for all your gaming needs we ask that if you do not have anything nice to say to another member here or anywhere else, it's in everyone's best interest to not say anything at all. If you are approached aggressively by a non-TGV member you will say nothing offensive in retaliation (aggressive defense). Retaliating with the same means as the aggressor will only make things worse. You will make your best effort to document the evidence (photographic is preferable) and then present it to MOMO for review. This is not meant to say you should run with your tail between your legs. By all means say what you feel is necessary to defend yourself. Just don’t stoop to their level or you are just as subject to account termination as they are.

Now, we don’t mean this as a threat to anyone. Please, remember why we are all here in the first place and lets make sure we concentrate on having fun. NO-ONE on the TGV site is immune to the EA Sport TOS,.. keep this in mind at all times.

For non EA games that we support you should consider the EA TOS as an applicable guideline.
