PLAYERS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO AN INTERNET CONNECTED XBOX 360 OR PLAYSTATION 3 VIDEO GAME SYSTEM, AND TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 08 VIDEOGAME (FOR EITHER THE PLAYSTATION 3 OR XBOX 360) IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. EA SPORTS™ GamerNet is a new feature available only with the Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08 videogame for the PLAYSTATION®3 computer entertainment system and the Xbox 360™ video game and entertainment system. EA SPORTS GamerNet allows users to save small video clips of their actual in-game achievements (such as making a ‘hole-in-one” while playing the game). Users are also able to post their clips online for other connected players to view. 1. Entry. In this Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08 TaylorMade GamerNet Contest (the “Contest”), you will be challenged to score points by meeting or beating the challenges featured in daily GamerNet clips (each, a “Challenge”). Sponsor will present two GamerNet clips daily at 7:00 p.m. PST for five (5) consecutive days from Monday, January 7, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Friday, January 11, 2008, for a total of ten (10) Challenges. To enter the Contest, you must have Internet access and own or have access to a copy of Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 08 videogame for the PLAYSTATION 3 or Xbox 360 (the “Game”) and an Internet-connected Xbox 360 or PLAYSTATION 3 console. You may visit www.TigerWoods08.com (the “Site”) anytime beginning 7:00 p.m. (PST) on Monday, January 7, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Friday, January 11, 2008 (the “Contest Period”) to review additional materials and details related to this Contest. To play and enter the Contest, use your Game and hardware console to access the “EA SPORTS GamerNet” menu option from within the Game during the Contest Period. Once selected, you will be taken to a page hosting multiple GamerNet channels and user video clips (also the “Site”). From there, select the “Contest Channel” menu to view the day’s two GamerNet Challenges. Entrants will earn points by meeting or beating the stated “win condition(s)” for each Challenge. Challenges may have a single win condition or up to three win conditions, and the stated point value of meeting or beating each Challenge is determined by the level of difficulty. To score in any given Challenge, entrants must either meet or beat all stated win conditions. An entrant who meets the Challenge will be awarded the same amount of points as an entrant who beats the same Challenge except that the first person to meet or beat each challenge will be awarded double points.. To play, select the Challenge you wish to play against and accept the Challenge designated in a GamerNet challenge clip. You may play each Challenge as many times as you wish, but you will only receive points once for each unique Challenge you meet or beat. The first entrant to meet or beat each Challenge will receive double points for such Challenge. Two new Challenges will be posted to the Contest Channel at 7:00 p.m. PST for five (5) consecutive days from Monday, January 7, 2008 through 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Friday, January 11, 2008, for a total of ten (10) Challenges. Entrants will have the chance to accumulate points for each Challenge posted to the Site during the Contest Period. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Your cumulative score for all Challenges you meet or beat will be your entry score in this Contest. Limit one entry and one prize per person and per online ID/Gamertag. Entrants must select and use a single platform for play during the Contest, either the PLAYSTATION 3 or Xbox 360 (each a “Division”), but not both. Entrants in each Division will compete against other entrants in their Division for first and second prizes. All game play must be completed by 11:59 p.m. (PST) on Friday, January 11, 2008.
