Due to a number of members not reporting matches to the ladder you should all follow these guidelines.
Every match you play online against another member is assumed to be a ladder match! (except 3-holers)
That means that if you are the loser you must report the result to the ladder within 24hrs.
It is preferred that the match is reported immediately but as some members do not have immediate access to a PC a 24hr grace period is acceptable.
If after 24hrs the member has still not reported your match then you should first remind them with a friendly PM. Immediately follow the PM by using the Report A Complaint feature on the ladder to MOMOWheeler to record your claim.
There is one acceptable exception to the above rules and that is if both players agree before hand that it is not to be a ladder match for whatever reason you decide. However, if your opponent wins and then decides he wants it reported you must honor it and consider yourself shafted. You should also use the Report A Complaint feature in this instance but you must report the match.
 First offense for none reporting
5 days in the penalty box
Second offense
10 days in the penalty box
Third offense
Complete ban from all ladders and game sites
Be warned - No member is immune to these punishments for offending
***EDIT***
This includes all one vs one, three and/or four man games, AND team games.
If you play in a threesome or a foursome, you must report to everybody that finishes ahead of you.
If you play in a team game (best ball, alt. shot etc..) and lose, you must report to BOTH players of the winning team.
When reporting losses please try to help keep the integrity of the ladder by following these simple rules:
Report the matches in the order they happened
Always report to the highest ranked player first.
These rule will help us keep the ladder from being manipulated to preserve rank. I know we're all adults here, and that shouldn't be an issue, but if it weren't at some point in the past, we wouldn't have to have these rules.
