Just a little info for those concerned. The turbo on the Intec works great.

The G7782(controller with the metal plating ) is very good turbo is a little slower than the Hori is but it is fine just start earlier. It has a good weight and the controls are smooth. It appears to have more sensitive analog sticks also. As usual it hits straight!

The G7789 controller doesnt have turbo  it is a little bigger and heavier than the 782 but it has a good feel. The analog sticks do not appear to be as sensitive as the 782.

I havent played a lot with either one (No Tigger with the 789 at all). I played the daily this morning with the 782 and I never had one go offline. That is saying something for the first time I ever played with it and my control.

Are we talking about the new Turboshock 3?  The stainless steel and blue looking one?

Yes BB the stainless has Turbo and it is very nice. It it built like the old Logitech but heavier. It is a very good controller.

Tay u can get them online at several places. I bought one from Buy.com and it wouldnt sync. I sent Intec an email and they sent me one back today.

The 7789 is heavier and bigger with smaller analogs but it doesnt have turb. It also is rechargeable or u can use AAA batteries either one.

How do you like it compared to Hori in terms of playability on Tiger?

I cant honestly speak to that CC. I only played one online Daily with it and havent played Tigger or anything else much since. In that match it seems to power up Turbo a little slower(but full) which IMO is a plus. Overall just that time I like it!
