Season Play:
Starts 01-08-07
Week runs Monday to Sunday
All courses played once per Season.
Front 9 Grip and Rip(No Punch off tee's, No Draw/Fade for accuracy)
Back 9 tour Mode
Play anyone from TGV and post scores in Appropriate Course Thread
Report all loses to PS3 Ladder(Report losses to the 2 players directly above you in strokes for the week)"

the above is from a seperate thread... I assumed the season started 1/8???? Am I wrong?

...does this mean that Punch is ok in nsnb?

...or draw/fade for nsnb?

...also there are a couple holes (I think maybe Pebble #4) that have over-hanging tree branches by the tees which lend themselves to punch shots). Is this ok?

...some Holes are slight doglegs left or right, is the draw/fade ok on these? There is one hole I know of around 325 yds away that has a wall of tall trees obscuring a straight drive, but with a draw, is very reachable.

(if so, should there be a pre-determination of which holes this is ok for?)

...what does the part in parenthesis above mean re: reporting scores to 2 people above you for the week?

You can't use the punch for any hole except #4 because of the over hanging trees.

You can draw of fade if the hole is setup that way. You can't use the draw or fade for accuracy in GnR or NSNB.

The only holes that this comes into play at Pebble is:

#1 - Fade off the tee
#3 - Draw off the tee
#14 or #15...the par 5 on the back - Fade off the tee.

Is it cool if we change clubs for the back nine which is in tour mode? Also, will all courses be played in the same format (F GnR, B Tour Mode)? Cool format, btw.

You can change clubs.
The season starts tommorrow 1-08-07(has not yet started),and runs Mondays through Sundays
Once all scores are in, you will report a lose to the 2 players above you for the weekly scores(as well as any loss you occur during the actual head to head play)
All courses are front 9 grip, back 9 tour.(we can change it up for season 2)
If your drawing or fading for accurracy, it is not allowed.

Den, no idea what hole you refer to, but only draw that is needed on Pebble is #3
You can use fade on #1( a clean normal shot)
The par first 5 on back 9 you can fade if you like. Thats the way the shot sets up imo.It's not about accuracy there.
