Just FYI to the newer ladder users; the loser is responsible for not only reporting the match, but also confirming the win.

Once you have done the first couple steps of the reporting process, you will be presented with a 'continue' button. You must click this button and continue on to confirm the win.

You can get the players ID number by seeing their name on the ladder and following the steps.

By the way, in a tournament you will report a loss for every person that finishes in front of you. So if you are in a 6 person tournament and you finish 3rd. You will report losses for the person in 1st and 2nd, and you will receive wins from the people finishing 4th, 5th, and 6th.

Reporting A Loss

Go to the ladder

Login if necessary

Under the "Player Manager" section click on "Report A Loss"

Enter the users Report ID for the ladder you have been playing.

You will be presented with the details of the report.

Check the details carefully

If correct click the "Report Loss" button

On the next screen ensure you check the box that you played in the match

Add a comment if desired (not mandatory)

Click the "Report Loss" button

Click continue...this will take you to the win confirmation page.

Click Confirm Win.

Check the 2 boxes in upper right corner...put a 1 beside winners name, 0 beside losers name. Then click confirm win.
