Went by Gamestop today and saw that the game is scheduled for release on August 19th. I believe that's the earliest release date we've seen in 4+ years.

With the release just about 2 months away, is anyone out there excited? Hopeful? Pessimistic?

Maybe tomorrow we'll have more than media previews and interviews to chomp on. Eurogamer.com says that the European PS3 demo will be available for download on 8/7/08. They didn't have word from EA Sports on the XBox 360 demo at press time, but it could be that we'll be discussing demos tomorrow night!

I have downloaded and tried the demo it is out now it seems like a good game . maybe i will buy it and be on golf this year.
