Have you registered?

What problem are you having exactly?

qball does not exist in the database.... you will need to register an account (free). Click the register button in the top right-hand corner :)

LF Try this bro! I was having the same problem. Click the second was to validate and type in your email and your activation ID Manually. I got in that way both times and it wouldnt let me in using the first option! try that!

That is a problem I also had but when I closed the browser and opened the sight again. Then log in and it will ask you if you want to close that browser hit "NO" and I havent had a problem again. [:)]

Sorry I misread  You are having this problem after you get and activation ID # right? But before you get a new PW correct?

OK The way I did it was to go thru the activation process and when you put in your Activation ID click on the second highlighted text that says to do it manually. Then manually type in yout email and your activation ID. When I used the first one it automatically typed my email and it would never send me my PW. If U use the second text link in the email and type in everything manually it worked for me![:)]

Is it sending you back to the Register screen after you log for the first time? I had a similar problem at first just open the browser to this page and use the log in feature to log in. After that it will ask you if you want to close the page. Just choose NO and you should be OK. [:)]
