I think I read somewhere that you cannot ride the roller coaster. So maybe the park doesn't open. As for the golf, IDK.

Why would they tease you with a mini golf course that doesn't open. That would have been an awesome game.

Because HSG disappointed me by not having one

Is that mini golf course the Swingers golf course? I have been looking all over for one of Stevie's cars but can't find the Swingers Golf course it is near. I thought I read a couple weeks ago it was near the airport but all I find are parks.
