Does being under a roof protect you from an air strike or am I wasting my time hiding?

Yes some solid roofs will protect you .... stay away from Windows though ... flying glass can be deadly

He joined without being in the Party... same thing happens on the 360 version ... join your friends and end up on the other team if your not in the party.

So someone has to initiate the party and get everyone into the party before you play a match and if you're on a server between matches and want to add someone to your party, you have to quit the server, re-do party, and find a new game (server)?

I know if your invited to a game by a friend you aren't always on the same team.  I thought if you were invited to a party you would be.  Did the party leader send the invite or did someone else in the party send it...maybe that's where the distinction lies.

another example:

Mx and Haze are in intermission between games and FM sends Haze an invite.  Haze should join FM's room and ask FM to invite Mx.

If your not In the party (in the separate party lobby) before the match is launched there is no warranty you will be on the same team..... same thing will happen on the 360 ... if you Join once the game lobby is there you may or may not end up in the Party group ... last night schriney was on the other team....

Hey Everyone --

For those of you who are having your 'Create a Class' names reset I have some info for you. We have been able to reproduce the bug, and your Class names aren't being reset at all. If you are auto-logged in set, and load up the game. Wait about 5 seconds before going into Multiplayer and Play Online. If you sit at the menu for just 5 - 10 seconds, your class names will appear.

It's apparently taking some time to read the save data for the custom names, which is the issue. Just wait at the multiplayer menu for a few seconds before hitting Play Online and they should appear.

Of course, we are addressing this issue so that this won't be a problem in the future, but just heads up in the meantime.

I've never been killed in a building by an airstrike or helicopter unless I was poking my head out a window or something.

To anyone who's reached the level where you get the "Double Tap" perk...
I STRONGLY recommend you try out this combination:
M-16->Silencer->Double Tap perk
Deadly accurate, you don't show up on radar, and if you hit them in the upper body/head they're dead in one three round burst!!!!
It's quickly become my favorite to use since the Double Tap does nothing appearently for the G3. I liked the G3 a lot but I think the M-4 will be a better single shot semi automatic
Anyway, try out that M-16 combination if you haven't already and let me know what you think.

I have a pdf file of all the online maps. I've been trying to figure out how to post them, but if you(or anyone here) want to pm me your email, I'll email the file to you.
