1c) Write down all the #.#.#.# information.... specifically IP, DNS, Subnet, etc, etc.
1d) Occasionally (2-3 times per year) your ISP will alter the DNS by a # or 2... you'll want to keep your eye on it because its usually the source of random connection difficulties.

Configure PS2 (in your case, PS3)
3a) Start up Tiger Woods and head over to the online area of the game, but do not login
3b) Choose "Edit/New Network Configuration" (or similar, I forget the exact phrase)
3c) Once the network area comes up (you've seen this before), follow all the steps accordingly except you want to choose "manual config" where-ever applicable.
3d) Use all the numbers that you found in steps 1 EXCEPT the IP # (see 3e)
3e) Your IP address is ------- 192.168.1.109
3f) Complete all the steps and choose Test Connection
3g) If it was successful, save your settings and go have some fun!
