Hey Everyone --

Wanted to keep you informed with the information we're getting back from the server team. They have made some major updates which they feel should resolve the connection problems. If you are still experiencing issues, please provide us with as much important network information as you can, for example:

Your ISP
What's your Router
NAT level
etc.

As much info as you can provide, so we make sure everyone is taken care of.

As always, please let us know if you are still experiencing problems so we can keep the server team on it for you.

Alright guys --

We've done as much updating as we can with the servers online, you should noticing them running smoother and more stable already. However, it's come to the time where they split the databases apart as described in the sticky to dedicate a database per function. This is going to require some very minimal planned downtime on the servers.

The server team is going to be taking the servers down at 1 AM (Pacific) to do the upgrade, they have assured us that this will be a quick scheduled downtime, and should be back up and running as planned with the new dedicated databases within 30 - 40 mins.

We appreciate all the patience and feedback during these upgrades everyone.

Again, this is a planned and short downtime to finish the upgrades and split the databases starting at 1 AM (Pacific Time) tonight (Nov. 12th).

1 am these guys are working overtime.I just played a game and i can already tell a difference in the way its working.

Just got disco'd from a game now and got the downloading game settings error again...[X(]  Played about 10 games today got disco'd from 3.  Usually happens when I've got a 3:1 or better round going on. [:'(]

So whats the trick to finding a game?  I get to "Waiting for 3 more players..." and it never finds them [:D]

When it does that to me, I wait about 1-2 minutes to see if anyone else gets put into a game. Sometimes they do, when they don't I just back out and search for another match. Sometimes it does take a little while[:D]
