Has anyone had their stats reset on them?
My buddy had his drop from 11 to 5. He got back up to 12 and then next day they were back down to 7.
Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else...

I've seen my level reset to 1 and my rank reset to private. That was when I was getting the downloading game settings thing tho. Every time I've gotten past it, my stats have gone back to normal.

Hey everyone --

Looking for a bit of feedback from those who experienced Rank problems. Has your rank reset SINCE the 1 AM update? Or has it just not gone back to normal?

For example, did you lose rank BEFORE 1 AM, level up, and then lost rank AGAIN after 1 AM?

Basically, I'm looking for anyone who had their rank reduced anytime AFTER 1 AM, not before. Thanks for the help guys. We're making great progress thanks to all your feedback.

There are many people that are still having rank resetting problems but it sounds like IW is working on it.

Hey Everyone --

Just wanted to give you a heads up, we're aware of users who it appears your Rank resets. We're looking into it and addressing the issue, however in the meantime if you notice your Rank appears to be less than what it was, then do the following.

Start a Ranked game, Free for all seems to be the best suggestion.

After you've played for just a few seconds (don't have to do anything in the game), then quit out, and your rank should be back to normal.

Thanks again to everyone for the suggestions, keep in mind that we are aware of the issue and this is only a temporary solution until it's fixed.
