It's frustrating to see some of those comments guys.  COD4 RULZ

Better in every aspect than Resistance.  Guns, graphics, maps, matchmaking, gameplay, game modes....

REALISM   The game blows everything else away.  I guess I live here to make sure Jo-F'n Rambo doesn't.

I'm not doggin' Resistance, I'm just backing my game here.  Cause it rocks.

some1 help him he's gone over the deep end IMO if I wanted real life I would join the army but its a game. Resistance is just my style bro and I dont agree about the graphic at all there diffrent yes but in no way do I think cod4 is better.

I prefer my realism without the risk of actually losing my life.
I get the nerves, tension, and ambience of environment...
Sounds that Surround me.

If you've ever "heard" the differences between Resistance & COD4 in headphones....
We'll let's just say;  it's kids stuff vs. theatrical experience.
I could go on and on if ya like.

Not sure why it's frustrating to you, it's all opinion.  It just so happens that some people have different ones than yours.  Nothing wrong with that.

I'll give ya graphics.  No way is matchmaking better, nor the party system (unless they've completely revamped the system after the first 2 months).   That part of the game was awful.  Guns, maps, gameplay, game modes...that's all opinion man.

I'll have to take your word about the sound.  I hear footsteps and creeks/crawls in Resistance on a regular TV....that's good enough for me.  I wouldn't use headphones if I had them...I like to be able to talk to my teammates.

I'm not going to try and explain the frustrating part if it isn't obvious.

You can still talk with everyone while using headphones.
People who play COD enough, learn the party system. It's not perfect, but VERY functional.
Matchmaking IS better IMO.  Last game I played on Res. ended 5 on 2.  Hows that better??

Yes, all a matter of opinion. I understand.

5 v 2...people quit...that's life, it happens in every game including COD4. You've never ended a match uneven in COD4?  Did they ever fix the match host quitting deal where the game just ENDS when the host leaves?  You can't deny that is/was lame.

As for the party system...you shouldn't have to learn anything...it should just work.

Actually, games don't end uneven anymore on COD. Instead something equally as pink-smiley happens; say my team is winning HQ 150-0 which happens quite frequently. The whole other teams quits out... soon a new team is thrown into the game more than half over, already getting their butts handed to them. I usually tell the other team I'm sorry they had to come into that.
Dedicated servers would make this game sooooo much better IMO. The peak times I play at are usually dominated by overseas players/hosts. I hate laggy matches.

Resistance v. CoD.... apples and oranges man.. two different beasts really. Like 'em both; see ya'll on both

Unbalanced games get balanced...  Exactly, and I'm not selling anything here.  I'm just backing my game.
...and any more digs or comments about it, will find me backing it again.
I don't imagine anyone would be happy about someone dissin' Resistance in your threads.

I woke up a little hot this morning.    Imagine if I had posted two weeks ago about it...

My point is, post 121, 122, 123...  I'm attempting to generate some interest in the game.

But instead of drawing interest, it generated some unconstructive comments.

None of which will help me in any attempt to gain some playing partners.

But wanna know whats REALLLLY frustrating...?  I'm not going there.

For my imput on this, which I'm sure all involved would love to hear,is that I never liked RFOM from the start and its not because the gameplay is worse then COD4 but because it was my first time to play a FPS game after i spent almost a year playing GOW which is a third person game.I signed up for the COD4 beta on the 360 and was allowd in  and I played it much better because IMO it is a little slower paced then RFOM and I had played RFOM for a few months and thats how I got used to FPS games.I will also throw in that started playing COD4 from the start and I was competitive. When I started playing RFOM I was starting 9 months after the fact and everyone was fully aware of the gameplay, maps and wepon spawns.I was pretty much a siting duck for 2 months and I just got tired of it.I think RFOM is a wonderful game because its simmular to GOW(the best game ever in the universe to be presented to the public) and I was in love with that gam,e.But I also got hooked on COD4 because I was competitive at it and It was my first real life shooter.

So in the end of the stupid post I'm leaving I am pretty much agreeing with MX,its apples to oranges,2 totally different games and its a matter of preference.I will say this,I traded my copy of RFOM off about 3 or 4 months ago for HSG5,but I still have my PS3 version of COD4 because I like it more, but thats My choice of game to play.

Good games tongiht Z and JP
Sorry I could only stay so briefly, but until Aug.24th I still have to get up for work at 4a.m.. It doesn't really leave me with a lot of game time in the evening since I sleep so poorly. Usually I'll go to bed leaving myself enough time for about 7+hours of sleep; however I only manage to sleep from approx. 10:30-2:30 every night. I then spend the rest of the time trying to get back to sleep. Since I've started this schedule for the season I've only heard my alarm 3 times ( I've been keeping count)
