Week 6 Portugal and Greece got together last night for what would be two very different types of games. In game one The Greeks got off to a great start early and had a 2-0 lead at halftime. Portugal came within a goal when Hugo Almeida scored but Greece got it right back with another goal. Almeida put another one in late but it was too little too late for Portugal as they lose 3-2 to Greece. Portugal came out in game two with something to prove and defensively they put the clamps on Greece and held them shotless for the game with Portugal getting 59% of the posession. Portugal created several opportunities but the game winner was a PK by Ronaldo after Almeida was taken down in the box. Portugal held on for the 1-0 victory. I apologize for not remembering the Greek goal scorers but those name are long and hard to pronounce. Portugal goals: Almeida (2) Ronaldo (PK) Great games as usual Glenn, fun stuff!
