Hey all I am making a movie for my WoW guild and it is done....But its too big to host anywere its 2.9GB's and filefront only supports 1GB and Stage6 is only 2GB so im over anywere i try. Any help you can give as to how to size it down would be much appreciated!

I shrink all my file sizes by converting the vids to DivX, useing a DivX convertor. Another way to go about it would be to make the file a different type when exporting it from your editing software i.e. mpeg1. Mpeg1 files are pretty small and have decent quality[8D]. DivX gets way better quality tho.

The card I use records in mpeg-1. I then import it to Premiere Pro 2. Premiere exports it as an .avi file which usually is in the x amount of GB's. Then I use pocketdivxencoder to shrink it down. You can tweak the size of it in that program, there are quite a few features to choose from. [8D]
