ORIGINAL: CHEECH7208 Cool stuff, guys. I used to be an artist but haven't drawn or painted anything since I quit the ganja years ago. Wish I could scan some of my old ones, but they are all way too big to fit on a scanner. quote:
ORIGINAL: zbalata I wasn't sure how "cool" it was, so I was holding out.... ...here's a copy I colored in... and thnx guys, appreciate the comments. Edit - There's been several times where I wondered if the color ruins it....? It doesn't ruin it, but I bet if you inked in the original pencil sketch so that it would be pure black and white it would look even better. But then that could just be me, I always prefer chiaroscuro in art. You know, major light/dark contrasts. I'm the artist of the paintings that CC submitted. My thoughts on the above is that there is a sense of heaven and hell theme. I think if you just color it in warm and cool , it would be more dramatic like water and fire. Water being blue, green, and yellow and fire being red, orange, and yellow. make the color intensity as pure without any saturation.
