Ahhh... you must be in a different time zone? (my HSG clock is 1 hour off from normal EST time). Anywho, it should say that you have friends in that event.

So how do ranks work on the ladder match.  Right now I am ranked 12th?  How do I rise in rank

It is based on who you play(their rank), wins/losses etc. I dont know what the ladder is currently set to but generally you advance a number of spots based on who you played and beat and vice versa.

Unless something has changed, you rise in rank when you beat someone ranked higher than you... the distance you move up is one-half of the difference in tour ranks.  For example, if you (ranked 12) were to beat the 4th ranked person on the ladder, you would rise 1/2 of the 8 spots between you.. or 4 rank spots up to 8th.

oh okay.  So if I was previously unranked it explains why I am at the bottom of the pack.

I'm not sure why it didnt mover you up further, dawg considering all the matches you played.  It must have viewed that tournament as 1 big match instead of many.  Either way, you will unquestionably move up upon your next win - how far will be determined by who you beat.

If I have played 1000 rounds of HSG over the years... that wind was in the top 5.

You know up to the 14th hole I thought there was a special rule for windy ( I have seen that in the single game).  But once we got to 15th with no wind I was just scratching my head.  I mean that course is the 2nd one.  Not as easy as Highland but still not that difficult.

After the 5th hole you had the lead with -3
and three people had -2
When have you ever seen that?
