Well I played for about two hours last night. I did the first few missions which weren't very hard but mainly I just drove around and got in trouble. My first impression is that the graphics are pretty sweet, obviously a huge improvement over the previous PS2 games. The city seems very realistic and is huge. The details are really cool, at one point I drove over a fire hydrant and water started shooting out everywhere. You actually get to watch TV in your apartment with multiple channels. The water in the river looks realistic and it's nice to know that you can drive a car into the river and still get out and swim to safety. I haven't gotten any weapons yet so it has been all hand to hand combat so far, which at least at first seems a little harder than the previous games. I didn't realize at first you can use L2 to aim when trying to punch someone. I haven't tried multiplayer yet so no comments on that. So far so good, I think I will play some more this morning.
