For reasons of copyright and intellectual property rights we have to ask you to never under any circumstances use or recreate our logo or any other images on the site. This includes use of the logo in full or in part or recreation of and or amendment to in any location including avatars and signatures on these boards, external sites and applications, merchandise or anything else material, electronic or intellectual.
The above applies to the name of the sites for example "Tiger Woods Online" and "tigerwoodsonline.com" etc also.
No affiliation should ever be made to the site and or its name by any non official site, application or intellectual, electronic or otherwise entity.
However, we always appreciate our members enthusiasm regarding spreading the word about the site and any written conversation on other sites in either good or not so favourable light will not be subject to any of the above.
We would also like to encourage where possible the further development of the site to increase everybody's enjoyment of the community as much as possible. Therefore if you need a version of the logo to place on a site or application you may approach us for permission. Permission will be granted on an individual basis dependant on the quality of the intended destination.
If an altered version of the site logo is needed for any reason, then permission should also be saught with an explanation of the alterations be them dimensional, colour or content to MOMO. The logo will then be created for you when time allows.
We thank you all for your understanding in this matter and trust that any contradiction of the above by yourselves will be acted upon immediately.
